When steers are between 15 and 19 months, they are taken off pasture and brought to the home barns. Here, the steers continue to receive grass, grain is added, and then topped with olive oil for the next three months. This regimen produces a superior finished beef.

Our steers are born and raised on pasture by Table Mountain, just north of Oroville, in Butte Valley. Harvested steers are under USDA inspection.
